  1. Those who can, the excessive growth of hair sometimes be combined to have polycystic ovaries.

    The symptoms of PCO are the following:

    * Persistent lack of ovulation

    * The production of estrogen and enduring than the normal production of androgens (male hormones)

    * Higher than normal production of pituitary hormones LH (luteinizing hormone) with low or average production of FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone)

    * Thickened and enlarged ovaries - often twice as large as normal

    * Refers to abnormal menstrual models: (absence of menstruation, the 50 per cent), forms of irregular or heavy bleeding affected (25 percent)

    * The excessive hair growth and masculine hair texture and distribution (affects 70 per cent)

    * Infertility (because there is no ovulation)
